Shipping Methods

Large or oversized rugs may require freight delivery.
Shipping method is determined at our discretion to ensure safe delivery.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
Delivery Confirmation & Signature Requirement
For high-value items, we may require signature confirmation upon delivery.
Once the carrier confirms delivery (including signature confirmation where applicable), TurkishRugCo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Freight & Large Item Deliveries
Freight deliveries may be curbside unless otherwise specified.
Customers are responsible for arranging assistance for moving rugs indoors unless white-glove service is explicitly purchased.
Delivery appointments must be honored. Missed appointments may result in redelivery fees.
Damaged Shipments
Customers must inspect shipments upon delivery.
If damage is visible:

Take clear photos

Contact us within 48 hours
Failure to report shipping damage within 48 hours may void damage claims.
Retain all packaging materials until claim is resolved.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows delivery confirmation, TurkishRugCo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If a package is lost in transit before delivery confirmation, we will work with the carrier to investigate.
Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused without prior authorization:

Carrier penalties
Will be deducted from any refund.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
We are not responsible for customs delays.
