We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately. However, due to monitor variations and the handmade nature of our rugs, colors may vary slightly in tone and appearance.
Because our rugs are handwoven wool products, slight variations in size (up to a reasonable tolerance), pattern, dye lot, and texture are normal and are not considered defects.

SECTION 6 – ORDER ACCEPTANCE, BILLING & CANCELLATION RIGHTS
All orders placed through our website are subject to review and acceptance by TurkishRugCo.
An order confirmation email, payment authorization, or payment receipt does not constitute final acceptance of an order.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to error, we reserve the right to cancel the order even after confirmation and payment processing. If payment has been captured, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Title to products transfers to the customer only after full payment is received and the product is shipped.
Risk of loss transfers upon confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control.
